Data Processing Information

Customers do not see editor private details. Editors receive only the order context needed for accepted work. Reviewers and administrators use assigned, authenticated routes.

Hosting regions, processor terms, transfer mechanisms, and subprocessor locations must be confirmed before production.

A scheduled job identifies expired file records, removes storage objects, marks metadata deleted, and writes an audit event. Failed deletions create a security/operations alert.
