Is cIAo an AI writing tool?
01No. Customer editing is performed by verified human editors. Customer documents are not sent to external AI providers.
Do I need a subscription?
02No. One-time orders are available now. Subscription plans are coming soon for people and teams who edit documents every month.
Which files can I upload?
03The MVP accepts DOCX, PDF, TXT, and Markdown up to the configured size limit. Executables, scripts, and archives are rejected.
When does editing begin?
04Only after Stripe confirms payment and an assigned editor accepts the work.
Can I ask for changes?
05One revision is included and can be requested within the displayed revision window. The request must relate to the original instructions.
How long are files retained?
06The initial setting is 30 days after completion. The exact deletion date is shown on the order, and customers can request earlier deletion after completion.
Can I contact the editor directly?
07No. Messages stay inside cIAo to protect both parties and preserve the audit trail.
